Platform capabilities

Everything CliniSphere does

Ambient Visit Capture

Consent-gated ambient listening captures visit conversations, dictation, wound photos, and medication labels with HOPE-aware smart prompts.

OASIS-E2 & HOPE Assessment

Validate 8 symptoms with severity rating, 2-day follow-up rule enforcement, and automated time-point tracking for Admission, HUV1, and HUV2 visits.

ICD-10 & Coding Intelligence

ICD-10-CM, SNOMED CT, LOINC, HCPCS, CPT, DSM-5-TR, NANDA-I, and Home Health coding with rules-engine-first, AI-fallback intelligence.

Human-in-the-Loop Governance

Every suggestion flows through Clinician, QA/Coder, and Physician approval. AI assists — you decide. No automatic finalization, ever.

FHIR R4 Interoperability

SMART on FHIR authentication with vendor API adapters for Epic, Cerner, WellSky, HCHB, MatrixCare, Netsmart, Axxess, and more.

Rules Engine + AI + RPA

Deterministic rules handle the common cases. AI fills gaps when rules cannot. RPA automates EMR data entry. Every source is labeled.

Role-Based Dashboards

Admin and Agency views match the signed-in email, account status, and the admin sub-role (Admin Manager or Admin Tech).

HIPAA-Compliant Architecture

AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, Azure HIPAA blueprint, complete audit trails, and role-based access control across all data paths.

Access roles

Who signs in, and how

Login is role-first: pick Admin or Agency, then authenticate with SMART on FHIR, Health One, or activated agency password sign-in.

Admin

Admin Manager approves agencies and configures everything; Admin Tech runs technical and system configuration.

Agency

Registers once, activates by email with confidentiality and policy acceptance, then unlocks the agency dashboard after SimiTree approval.

Sign in to SimiTree.

Activated agencies and local Admin test users sign in with a password and two-factor code. You can also continue with an identity provider.

SMART on FHIR

Sign in with SMART on FHIR.

SMART on FHIR authenticates you through your EHR or FHIR server using OAuth 2.0. Follow the steps to obtain your credentials, then start sign-in.

How to obtain & use SMART on FHIR credentials

  1. Identify your FHIR server (issuer). This is your FHIR base URL, used as the aud. Examples: Epic sandbox https://fhir.epic.com/interconnect-fhir-oauth/api/FHIR/R4, WellSky https://wellsky.dynamicfhir.com/fhir/wellsky/basepractice/r4.
  2. Register your application in the vendor's developer portal to get a client ID (and a client secret for confidential apps): Epic → fhir.epic.com “Build Apps” (returns non-production & production client IDs); Oracle Health → code.cerner.com; WellSky → request provisioning from the EHR admin.
  3. Set the redirect URI in your app registration to exactly: …/callback.html
  4. Choose your scopes. Typical SMART v1: openid fhirUser launch/patient offline_access user/*.read. For server-to-server access use SMART Backend Services (system/*.read) with a signed JWT client assertion.
  5. Confirm the client type. Public / native apps use PKCE; confidential apps use a client secret or private_key_jwt.
  6. Discover endpoints at <base>/.well-known/smart-configuration (authorize & token URLs). Your SimiTree Information Technology Admin can validate these endpoints for agency integrations.
  7. Start sign-in on the right: enter your issuer, pick your role, and continue — you'll be redirected to your provider to authorize, then returned to SimiTree.

Health One

Sign in with Health One.

Health One authenticates you through an OpenID Connect identity provider. Follow the steps to obtain your credentials, then start sign-in.

How to obtain & use Health One credentials

  1. Get your Health One issuer & authorization URL from your Health One administrator or OpenID Connect provider (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping, or a hospital IdP).
  2. Register SimiTree as a client application in your identity provider to obtain a client ID (and a client secret for confidential clients).
  3. Set the redirect URI in your IdP to exactly: …/health-one-callback.html
  4. Request scopes openid profile email (add offline_access for refresh tokens).
  5. Deployment configuration. Your SimiTree administrator must set HEALTH_ONE_AUTHORIZATION_URL and HEALTH_ONE_CLIENT_ID on the server so the provider is enabled.
  6. Start sign-in on the right: confirm your issuer, pick your role, and continue — you'll be redirected to Health One to authorize, then returned to SimiTree.
